Don't Be a F^ckt*rd: Children

You know when it's appropriate to discipline a child? When they misbehave and need to be corrected.

You know when it's okay to abuse a child? To neglect and beat them? Never.

Do you know the difference between discipline and abuse? If you don't, then you shouldn't have children. Ever.

Children aren't playthings. They are not put on this Earth to serve your needs. They aren't here for you to work out your issues upon. They aren't tiny versions of people that you can do what you want to, just so that you can feel powerful.

You didn't want kids? Things just happened, and now you have a kid that you're responsible for? You're not ready; not mature enough? Too bad! You rode the ride, now you pay the price. It's not the kid's fault, so don't take it out on them.

They are the next generation. Children are the continuation of the human race. If you fuck them up, you fuck up the race.

Don't live your life so that you'll look back on your child's youngest years and regret it. Don't lose them, because you were stupid about your own issues. And, if you were wrong, in any way, with your children, let them know. Apologize. Make things right.

Let children be children. There's enough horror in the world. Believe me, I know. Let them grow into well-adjusted adults. Stop putting your fears and your failings on them. They are tiny humans, who have yet to learn things. But, they are still people. And, they should be treated as such. Protected, as any human, from those who would hurt them. Don't be one of those that they need protection from.

Don't be a Fucktard.
