Don't Be a F^ckt*rd: Headlights

You know when it's a good time to have your headlights off? When you're parked and the vehicle is off. Seriously, any other time, have your goddamn headlights on!

"But it's three in the afternoon..."

I don't care. Have your headlights turned on. Let those front-facing bulbs shine!

Because, here's the thing:

Sometimes - and I know this may shock someone - it gets overcast. Or weather moves in. And when that happens, visibility goes to shit. As in: if it's middle of the afternoon and a blizzard hits. If you have to drive through it, have your fucking headlights on. Or, even if it's only rain. Have those headlights lit up.

As another driver on the road, I want to see oncoming traffic. Headlights help with that. I also want to see traffic ahead of me. Tail lights turn on when headlights are engaged. Boom! Both concerns are fixed. I also want to avoid possible obstacles and not crash. Again, headlights will help.

And, I turn my headlights on so that other drivers can see ME. I really don't care about you and your safety; I care about mine. But, you should care about your safety. I can't make you a better driver. But, increasing visibility, both to others and from others, can't hurt.

So, if the vehicle is on and moving, at all, turn those headlights on. Doesn't matter what time of day. Or what time of year. Have those lights shine on.
