Don't Be a F^ckt*rd: Lanes

You know when it's a good time to stray from your lane? When you're passing slow cars, and it is safe to do so. Or, when there is a hazard - a pulled over car, a bicyclist, or a pedestrian - that you are trying to avoid. Otherwise, keep your vehicle within the confines of the lane that you find yourself in.
This goes for freeways and two-lane roadways. Keep yourself within the lane that you occupy. Don't swerve, don't creep to the middle line.
Don't cross the yellow divider to compensate for speed. If you have to take a curve a little wider or a little sharper to maintain control, and thus do so by entering the oncoming traffic's lane, you are going too fast.
"Well, I pay for both sides of the road, I should be able to use them."
Sure, but at the same time? Oh yeah, and if the other dumbass on the road feels the same way, you're looking at a head-on collision. If that's what you're going for, then have at it. I don't want that, though, so don't try it with me. Just stay on your side of the road.
Staying in your lane is an apt metaphor about life, too. Worry about yourself, your actions, your life. Don't worry about me. Or anyone else, for that matter. Keep yourself concerned about yourself. There's plenty, there, to keep you occupied. And, there's less drama and heartache if you keep your nose out of other people's business, in your own lane.
Don't swerve. Don't weave all around. Stay in your lane, keeping a straight and steady course, and you'll get to where you're headed. In both driving and in life.
Don't be Fucktard.
