Don't Be a F^ckt*rd: Pets

You know when it's a good idea to neglect a pet? You know when it's a good time to abuse a pet? Never.

That's it. That should be the end of my post. It seems kind of self evident. The concept explains itself.

A pet owner should NEVER neglect or abuse their pet. As a pet owner, you should be taking care of your animal. Doesn't matter what kind of pet it is, either. A dog, cat, hamster, rabbit, python, canary... you get the point. Any animal that is taken in by a person as a pet needs be be taken care of.

If you don't get my point, then you are a heartless monster. And, this is coming from an undead killer, here. Even I know that if you have a pet, you are responsible for it. That means feeding it, bathing it, loving it.

Now, I'm not saying that you have to go all-out and treat your pet like a child. Although, there are weirdos and freaks out there who treat children terribly, too. But, that's not the issue, here.

The point is: you can treat your pet like a member of the family. You can spoil them and talk to them, and hold them and make them feel loved. Or, you can treat them like animals, giving them food and shelter and letting them share your space, but not much more than that. And there are a myriad of choices on the spectrum of pet ownership that are between these extremes.

But, the one thing you should never do is neglect or abuse your pet. If you take in an animal, you should do so responsibly.

Don't be a Fucktard.
